Giving Back to the Community
For over 40 years, the greater Charleston community has been a piece of what we do at Wholly Cow Ice Cream. Our neighbors, our schools, our local organizations are part of Wholly Cow's success since 1984. We believe that we are a business rooted in this community and we give back to it. That's why we proudly support local causes, nonprofits, schools, youth programs, and organizations that make the Lowcountry a better place for everyone who calls it home.
Supporting What Matters in the Lowcountry
From school fundraisers to charity auctions, youth sports to community events — Wholly Cow is honored to play a small role in the big work being done across Charleston and South Carolina.
We review every donation request with care and genuine interest in the cause. While we wish we could say yes to everyone, as a small, independently owned business we must make thoughtful decisions about how we give.
If your organization is working to make a difference in our community, we'd love to hear from you.
Before You Submit a Request
Please review the following before completing the donation request form:
✅ We prioritize organizations serving the greater Charleston area and surrounding communities.
✅ We consider all types of causes — schools, nonprofits, youth programs, veterans groups, animal rescue, arts organizations, environmental causes, and more.
✅ Requests must be submitted at least 45 days before your event or need date. Requests received less than 45 days in advance cannot be guaranteed.
✅ Please allow at least 14 business days for a response. We review all requests on a rolling basis.
✅ Submission does not guarantee a donation. As a small, independently owned business, we receive many requests and are not able to fulfill all of them. We appreciate your understanding.
